OUR CONSULTING OBJECTIVES:

Our initial objective is to discover why the business is not performing successfully, this is accomplished by doing an overview survey of the business which takes from two to five business days of intense and personal attention. {We serve ONLY one client at a time and remain remotely on call to ONLY a few clients, this insures that we are timely productive and focused}

With the results of the strengths and weaknesses discovered, our objective is then determined to be one of the following:

1. Existing management can fix the problem internally with minimum help from us, Or

2. Management is capable of fixing the problems but only with our oversight, Or

3. Our help is necessary to solve the discovered problems, Or

4. Our help is urgently, convincingly, and continuously necessary, Or

5. The business needs to be sold while time remains, Or

6. The business needs to be terminated.

OTHER CONSULTING OBJECTIVES:

While our main consulting focus is on profitability and turnaround management, we do occasionally focus on Human Resources, Negotiating Services, Tax Reduction, Business Plans, Pro Forma Preparation, Marketing Plans, Strategy Planning, Financial Restructuring, Sale Of Business Planning, and Best Business Doctor.

HOW IS OUR COMPENSATION DETERMINED:

Because we maintain a low overhead, we are able to take various methods to compensate us for our invested time. We are compensated in combination with one or more of the following methods:

1. Travel Expense Reimbursement (Actual Cost-Modest-Not First Class)

2. External Expense Reimbursement (Subject to Prior Client Approval)

3. Hourly Rate

4. Fixed Price Per Project

5. Per Cent of Results

6. Per Cent Of Savings

7. Per Cent Of Value Created

HOW ARE WE PAID:

We know our clients have different needs and since the success of the business is our main concern; we are somewhat flexible in how we are paid. The situation and our confidence in the management determines our willingness to structure alternative payment methods such as:

1. Cash

2. Check

3. Barter

4. Options

5. Stock

6. Royalties

7. Future Wages

WHEN ARE WE PAID:

We are somewhat flexible as to when we are paid. The situation and our confidence in the management determines our willingness to structure alternative timing of payment. Deferments and Installments are considered but our normal payment timing is:

1. Advance Retainer

2. Advance Expenses

3. Hourly Rate Paid Immediately upon presentment of our Weekly Invoice

4. Fixed Project Rate Paid 25% advance, 25% after first week, 50% due upon presentment of Our Completion Invoice

5. Contract for Options and Stocks due upon commencement of work
